THE ROLE

This role is based in Limassol and offers a unique blend of hands-on involvement and strategic responsibility in the compliance field, providing opportunities for professional growth. You will play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and enhancing the company’s compliance program, gaining both practical experience and a broader strategic perspective.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations align with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry’s best practices. You will play a critical role in managing compliance risks, liaising with regulators, and fostering a strong compliance culture within the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to financial regulations, including AML, KYC and other applicable requirements
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and internal control
• Risk Management & Audits: Conduct internal reviews and ensure robust compliance frameworks are in place
• Training & Awareness: Organize compliance training for employees on AML, KYC, and ethical business practices
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external legal advisors to uphold compliance standards, while also supporting the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Reporting & Research: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulators and stay updated on regulatory changes.

OUR FUTURE COLLEAGUE

• Has experience in a compliance role, with a strong understanding of financial regulations, AML, and KYC compliance
• Holds a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Possesses the CySEC Advanced Certificate, CySEC AML Certificate is a plus
• Is a mature and confident professional who can handle complex regulatory challenges
• Has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Thinks outside the box and proactively finds solutions
• Has a business mindset, eager to understand how the company operates beyond compliance
• Is comfortable working with numbers, financial data, and business metrics
• Demonstrates high integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Speaks fluent Greek and English
